If you ever forget your CMTS password and use the "Forget Your Password?" link, but you never receive the email from the system, it's usually because your district mailserver is blocking it.
In most cases, this can be resolved by asking your technology department to allow all emails sent from any @sourceprosoftware.com email address. Also, it's possible that the email has been delivered to you, but because of settings in your email client, it may be in your "Spam" folder, etc.
If you can't log in because of a forgotten CMTS password and you didn't receive an email from the system when you requested that your password be sent to you, you have several options:
1) Contact the CMTS Administrator for your district... they can either give you your password or reset it for you
2) Submit a help desk ticket to use via our support portal: http://portal.sourceprosoftware.com
Note: Many times our users forget this: Your login credentials for the CMTS Admin program is the same as your login credentials for the CMTS Logon program.
