Troubleshooting - Student is missing from the list in the CMTS Logon program!
Something that a few users have reported is that occassionally a student will "go missing" from the list of students in the CMTS Logon program.  (However, they don't show up if you choose to try to log out, so they aren't logged in). 

While we have not been able to replicate this problem, we have provided a method for dealing with it, should you encounter it.  To be clear, it appears that the system "thinks" the student is logged in (therefore the student isn't shown in the list when logging in), but when the STOP light is clicked, the system doesn't show them as a student that can be logged off.

If you run into this issue, you can easily correct it following these steps below:

 1) Go into the CMTS Admin
 2) Click File (from the main menu) then Students
 3) Click Info for the student the problem is happening to (should be in italic, bold green)
 4) When the student detail screen appears, click the Fixed Logged On button
 5) Note that this button will only appear if the problem described exists for that student
 6) Close CMTS Admin and go back to CMTS Logon to see if the problem has been fixed

Again, this process is specifically designed to correct the issue where a student doesn't appear in the CMTS Logon list of students but the student is not currently logged in.
