One of the System Requirements for the CMTS is that you must use Internet Explorer 6 or higher.
As a side note, if you are using Internet Explorer 8 or higher, you will need to use it in Compatibility Mode.
You can set compatibility mode following these instructions:
| 1) Start Internet Explorer |
| 2) Click Tools (from the main IE menu) |
| 3) Select Compatibility View Settings |
| 4) Click the Add button to add sourceprosoftware.com to the list of websites (if any) that are viewed in compatibility mode. |
| 5) UNCHECK the "Turn on Pop-up Blocker" checkbox (in the lower half of the Privacy tab) |
| 6) Click Close to close the Compatibility View Settings screen |
| 7) Close Internet Explorer |
