Assign Comments for each student visit
- Enter comments for each student visit
- Located in the same place help level is documented
- File--->History, then pick an existing visit and add a comment |
Consulting Time Documentation
- Ability to track consulting time spent (by lab user) with teachers
- Record minutes spent with teachers, by which lab user, and add comments
- File--->Consulting (or, to run report, Reports--->Consulting)
Assign "Reasons" to each student visit
- User created "reasons" can be included in the student login process
- Can be turned off at the lab level (for labs who choose not to use this feature)
- Can also be used when addind/editing manual time entries |
